Unser mobiles GNSS-Assistenzsystem excav PILOT hat beim Neuheiten-Wettbewerb der Messe demopark 2025 eine Silber-Medaille für innovative Produkte gewonnen! Die offizielle Bekanntgabe aller Gewinner erfolgte am 28. April 2025 in Darmstadt. Die Preisverleihung findet am Sonntag, dem 22. Juni 2025 auf der Messe demopark 2025 in Thüringen statt.

EXHIBITING AT THE CONSTRUCTION FAIR bauma 2025 IN MUNICH
Visit and exhibition from 7 to 13 April 2025
The famous bauma, the world’s most important trade fair for the construction and mining industries, takes place only every three years at the Munich Exhibition Center. We were there for five days as a startup exhibitor in the Innovation Hall and were able to convince visitors from all over the world of our first mobile GNSS assistance system – excav PILOT.

ONE WEEK AS AN EXHIBITOR AT THE TRADE FAIR BAU2025

BAU, the world’s most important trade fair for architecture, materials, and systems, takes place every two years. We were there the entire week and were able to convince numerous visitors of the concept of our mobile GNSS assistance system for construction machinery – excav PILOT.

EXCAV WAS AN EXHIBITOR AT THE BauInnovativ SYMPOSIUM
Visit and exhibition on November 7, 2024
Approximately 140 experts from business, research, and politics took advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas on key topics in the construction industry at the Bau Innovativ Symposium in Fürstenfeldbruck. We were also given a short presentation and were present as an exhibitor throughout the symposium. Bavarian Deputy Minister-President Hubert Aiwanger certainly liked our excav PILOT during a chance visit to our booth.

OUR FIRST MAJOR TRADE FAIR! EXCAV AT GaLaBau 2024 FOR THE FIRST TIME

At GalaBau, the leading international trade fair for gardening and landscaping, we found exactly our target audience. The response from visitors was very positive and made us even more confident that our excav PILOT brings significant added value to construction sites and, thanks to its simplicity and low price, is also attractive to smaller landscaping companies.

WINNER OF THE Bay-StartUP BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION (Phase 3)

We were also recognized as the winning team in the third and final phase of the BayStartUp business plan competition. This placed us among the most promising teams in all three phases. Our thanks go to the BayStartUp initiative for the excellent organization of the business plan competition and also to the judges for their valuable feedback, which helped us to rapidly develop further.

TOP THREE IN THE Bay-StartUP BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION PHASE 2!

The BayStartUp business plan competition entered its second round. The excav team impressed the judges again in Phase 2, taking third place. We’re excited for the third and final phase of the BayStartUP business plan competition in 2024.

OUR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE ESA BIC FUNDING PROGRAMME

Because we’re working on a GNSS solution with our excav PILOT, we were able to successfully apply for the ESA BIC funding program. Over the next two years, excav will receive financial support from ESA and the Free State of Bavaria. In addition, we receive valuable technical and business support for our business model from the renowned Fraunhofer Institute.

EXCAV WAS AN EXHIBI-TOR AT THE COREUM NEAR FRANKFURT!

At the Coreum trade fair near Frankfurt, companies from the construction and related industries meet annually to exchange technological information. Due to our award as part of the VDBUM sponsorship prize, we were invited to exhibit this year and presented our GNSS assistance system – excav PILOT.

EXCAV TEAM IS THE VDBUM AWARD
WINNER 2024!

In the “Developments from Universities and Colleges” category, we, in collaboration with Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), won first place at the VDBUM 2024 Award for our assistance system excav PILOT. The jury was particularly impressed by its practical relevance to the established construction industry.
