excav PILOT at a glance

Our mobile GNSS assistance system consists of several compact units that can be flexibly and

easily installed on a wide variety of construction machines using magnets and suction cup mounts.

The excav PILOT is the only GNSS assistance system that requires only a single GNSS sensor on the tool.

The LED indicator cross serves as an optical navigation aid to read the height and inclination deviation.

The modern Samsung Android tablet is provided including a current app version as well as a protective case and holder.

The measuring rod supplied with the device allows you to set and record measuring points in order to create a virtual workstation.

The hard case including the inlets offers enough space for all the hardware and accessories of the excav PILOT.

In addition to the excav PILOT, accessories such as a folding rule, a calibration tool and (optionally) a metal frame are included.

Annual cost: EUR 479,00 excl. VAT per system. Immediate express delivery of a replacement part after repair registration. Free delivery of system components for repairs, available upon request with any order and can be canceled annually.

excav PILOT Accesories

Metal frame for the GNSS sensor

Available for 45,00 EUR - excl. VAT.

The metal protective frame can be welded to any excavator bucket or shovel and serves to protect the GNSS sensor from heavy material. Additionally, bucket calibration errors are minimized, as the sensor remains in exactly the same position when reloading the bucket.
